Originally from the South of Ireland, moved to Sussex age six, hot footed out of school and the country to wherever would have me age 16, landed in NYC aged 21. I would continue to return to NYC for the next 20 years from various places my work and restless self would take me. I worked within the commercial creative industries for 22 years. In 2021 I decided to focus on my art practice, which I continue to do to this day. Now happily based in Brighton currently in my year long artist residency at The Phoenix Art Studios. Largely biographical process art and very much a work in progress my practice incorporates many mediums; painting, drawing, sculpture, sound, film, photo, performance, collage.

I explore narratives, influences and belief systems and  ways to bring physical form to the essence of sensation and thought.
